The PROmesh P10X is a 10-port managed industrial Ethernet switch engineered for PROFINET and EtherNet/IP networks in demanding field environments. Unlike cabinet-mounted switches, the PROmesh P10X carries an IP67 protection rating, enabling direct installation on machines and production floors without an enclosure or terminal box. It combines high-performance managed switching with integrated online cable diagnostics and leakage current monitoring in a single device — delivering both network infrastructure and continuous network health visibility where the cables and devices actually live.

10 industrial ports featuring 8 x M12 D-coded ports (up to 100 Mbps) for field device connections and 2 x M12 X-coded Gigabit ports (up to 1.0 Gbps) for high-speed uplinks to control cabinet switches. The Gigabit uplink ports enable high-bandwidth backbone connections while end devices continue operating at standard 100 Mbps speeds.
IP67 protection rating for dust-tight and water-immersion resistance, enabling installation directly in harsh production environments without a control cabinet or terminal box. Wall mounting via M5 drilling allows flexible placement at the machine level, reducing cable run lengths and freeing up control cabinet space.
Integrated online cable diagnostics that continuously monitor the physical condition of every connected data cable during live operation. The Q-value system compares each cable's current signal quality against the expected value for its length, providing a per-port health indicator that identifies degrading cables before they cause communication failures — without interrupting production.
Leakage current monitoring with a 25 kHz sampling rate that permanently records and evaluates shielding currents across all connected PROFINET lines. The frequency spectrum analysis enables early detection of EMC interference and coupling events that would otherwise produce intermittent, difficult-to-diagnose network errors.
Network load monitoring with millisecond-precision display that captures traffic spikes standard monitoring systems miss. Port statistics including errors, discards, and netload per port give maintenance teams the data needed to identify developing problems and plan corrective action proactively.
PROFINET v2.4 Conformance Class B and EtherNet/IP certification providing verified compatibility across all major automation platforms. Netload Class III compliance ensures the switch meets the highest PROFINET real-time communication requirements.
