The PB-Q ONE is a mobile PROFIBUS troubleshooting tool for complete evaluation of PROFIBUS communication quality including cables, signals, and communication between PLCs and network devices. Its ease of use and automated evaluation allow reliable assessment of physical and logical transmission quality in seconds.

The PB-Q ONE detects common PROFIBUS issues including cable and connector faults, EMC grounding and shielding problems, excessive cable length, termination errors, baud rate issues, and communication failures. With optional adapters, it supports both PROFIBUS DP (RS-485) and PROFIBUS PA networks.

Results are displayed with clear color-coded indicators (green, yellow, red) for immediate evaluation. The device enables non-intrusive diagnostics on running production lines and generates exportable acceptance reports for commissioning and maintenance documentation.
